You can return the products within 14 days of delivery, for full information on what is returnable please check our restriction section. The product & packaging must be in new condition. If the product or packaging is ruined or used the product shall not be exchanged or credited. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Glam Lenses will make a credit or an exchange of eligible returns, please email us on info@glamlenses.co.uk for an exchange or a credit. please include your contact details & a brief description of your case.

You can return Accessories & Contact Lenses within 14 days of delivery, if un-opened.

If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
Sender will have to pay return postage, if you are exchanging you will have to pay a double postage fee.

Orders made with PayPal must be returned to our warehouse by post or Hermes ParcelShop and not taken into store.
